This charm came from a charm bracelet that was full of Cartier charms from the early 20th century.
Although we can't see a Cartier mark on him he does have a french mark.
 
Apologies for the price - my profit is mini but I just had to get him - such a pretty rat and so finely modelled in white enamel on gold with a teeny red eye
