Beautiful large early 20th Century Horseshoe pendant, set with a border of rose cut diamonds which spirals to form five clusters that hold three old cut diamonds, and two rose cut diamonds in the top two swirls, all mounted in platinum, and with an 18 carat gold jump ring.
