Very attractive early Victorian Axurite Malachite heart pendant set in a high carat gold setting with a saw tooth edge.
As you can see the Malachite is lovely and swirly with accents of turquoise, and is gently curved, with an indentation between the left and right atria.
 
The heart is slim and elongated, typical of earlier hearts
