Charming Victorian garnet pendant with fly circa 1870
The garnets are set in high carat gold and decorated with a border of rope twist gold and three tassels at the bottom.
 
The fly is made from silver and gold, with pave diamond wings, gold legs and garnet bug eyes
 
This was likely on of a pair of earrings, now with diamond bale added.
