I have always been strangely drawn to these double hinged lockets!

Designed as an oval, with the centre wrapped with a belt and buckle (garter) the left hinge flips the top up, and then the right hinge flips the locket over and out, and there is glass both sides so you can add a photo front and back.

The gold is engraved with a lattice pattern to the front, and to the back interlinked ovals (symbolising unbreakable love) decorated with a floral backgound.

The buckle symbolises an unbreakable bond, representing loyalty, fidelity, and unity. Popularized during the Victorian era as tokens of love and friendship, buckles were also used to convey everlasting love, strength, and protection. Worn as symbolic rings, bracelets, or lockets, the buckle's design signifies a connection that binds two people or represents a deep, enduring commitment.
