Tiny french royalist swivel ring with two portraits.

I managed to find a nearly identical portrait in Koch Book II page 481 which shows that one of the portraits is of Louis XVI , and the other is of Louis XVIII - which as a swivel ring symbolises the continuity of the monarchy from Louis XVI to his brother XVIII . The book Koch notes that an almost identical ring is in the Musee des Arts Decoatifs, Paris.

Koch dates the ring 1798 - 1809

But I gave been advised that these rings date to 1814 -1815

Both portraits have a gold painted border
