I just had to get this! So rare. 
A wonderful high carat gold clasped hands bracelet, the hands so finely rendered, one hand wearing a diamond ring, and a diamond and ruby bracelet, the other with a foliate and beaded cuff, with a turquoise accent.
The hands are curved and so fit really well on the wrist. There is a clasp fitting on one side, and the back comrises six rows of high carat snake link style chain, attached onto rods at either end.
 
If you look at the last picture in the gallery you will see a similar bracelet that I had seven years ago.
