Superb large scale rock crystal Regency Spinner fob, modelled in high carat gold with deeply chased foliate goldwork.
The large faceted rectangular rock crystal catches the light in a way that is so magical and yet so impossible to catch with the camera (for me anyway!)
 
This would have been waiting to be cut with a monogram or family crest but is so utterly marvellous plain and unadorned.
