Decorative heavy gold cased Regency hunting fob decorated with birds and a hunting dog, along with fancy scrolls and shells.
The piece has a seam around the side so I guess it is cast and not hand carved.
 
The bottom has an uncut stone which looks like chalcedony but I have not tested it.
