Very handsome and fine Regency era chased gold split ring and fob. 
The split ring measures 25mm diameter
 
The base of the fob is set with a sardonyx agate carved with a ship on the ocean and an all seeing eye looking down, and the motto - 'Fear not I am with you' and below this a wreath, or two crossed quills
