The front of the heart modelled in a textured warm gold with a Prince Of Wales chain edging, the centre with applied flower and leaves in lemon yellow gold.
 
The back has a glass locket panel which holds a lock of hair of a loved one but which can be removed and another memento, or a piece of silk added instead.
