Rare Victorian Pique Bracelet with large heart padlock.
 
The blonde tortoiseshell carved into twelve mariner links, and with a large heart padlock.
Each link is inlaid with high carat gold 'studs' all around the edges and the sides of the links.
The heart is embellished with goldwork and a faux keyhole and opens at the top by way of a hinged gold shackle.
 
The blonde colour tortoiseshell is increasingly hard to come by.
