Very handy large niello bolt with niello chain and daisy shaped niello ring. (which used to hold a coin)
Works really well as a charm holder paired with a niello chain, or even a silver or gold chain.
 
Niello is a black mixture of copper, silver, and lead sulphides, used as an inlay on engraved or etched metal. It can be used for filling in designs cut from metal. It was and still is a difficult technique to execute so chains and bolts like this one are always popular.
The stripey niello look is usually paired with gilded rose gold accents.
