Adorable georgian old cut diamond dove St Esprit.
This charming piece has been converted by someone from a brooch (not me) 
 
The old cut diamond stones are lovely and all original to the piece, with a gorgeous pink diamond on the main body of the bird, and a yellow diamond in the centre of the heart.
 
The heart drop is original to the piece.
 
The stones are set in pinched collet silver settings, foiled, and with a gold back
