Wonderful Georgian/Early Victorian Pinchbeck Heart Padlock Bracelet probably circa 1840
The belcher chain links alternating between textured links covered with tiny dots, and plain shiny links creating that lovely classic contrast.
 
The links come together at the centre and are held by a big, fat heart padlock which opens and closes with a secure and satisfying 'click'
 
weighs - 40g
chain length - about 8" but can easily be shortened.

heart measures - 39mm x 24mm
 
condition - good antique condition - slight discolouration here and there but overall still strikingly golden yellow!
A great stacker, and a more affordable version of gold, yet still a collector's piece.
