Lovely Georgian Turquoise Key To My Heart brooch (can also be worn as pendant) with canetille goldwork which dates the piece to 1820 or there abouts, still with original heart and key. Central hair panel with rock crystal front, and handle aceented with rubies.
 
In good antique condition. Back has had some goldwork done for reinforcement
