Rare Georgian Jewelry Box 
Stunning red Moroccan Jewelry Box with gold tooling, created for a suite of jewelry including a tiara!
The box hinges open to reveal a black velvet removable tray with multiple intertwined compartments including,
pear shaped earrings
a pair of bracelets
a pair of cross collars
a cross necklace
a chain
three more necklaces
a tiara
a space for smaller pieces - brooches and viniagrettes maybe
The lid id padded and lined with cream silk with a raised section to encase the tiara.
I think a top tray is missing in which the tiara would have sat, and probably more housings for jewels
There are two hooks and a lock (key absent)

The top of the box (tiara section) has a scuff on the red leather and gold tooling, but otherwise it is in pretty good condition
measures - 42.5 x 27 x 5.5cm deep (13 cm deep incl tiara)
Maybe french, circa 1780 -1800
