Sooo dinky and gorgeous!
A little early 19th Century lace pin modelled as a hand, with a lace cuff detail, riuby bracelet, and diamond ring. The hand holds a ball between thumb and forefinger from which dangles a heart.
The heart is decorated with an applied flower with a ruby centre.
