Georgian Hand Holding Gemstone Hearts
 
Such a pretty one! This lovely early nineteenth century high carat gold hand holding three gemstone hearts that dangle from a fine micro chain -
topaz
peridot
pink topaz - such pretty colours and with button backs
 
Presented in a lovely plum coloured velvet and silk fitted antique box.
At present it is a brooch, and you can thread a chain through and wear it as shown - or I can add a bail to the end of the hand for it to be a permanent pendant.
