A really beautiful example of a Georgian era Hand Necklace.

 

The finely modelled coral hand (you can see the veins) , with 18 carat gold engraved cuff, holds a ring that has hanging from it nine detailed mini charms,

a pig

a bunch of grapes

a tower

a shoe

a shell

a fish

a lady's head with horns

a bottle of wine

a pine cone

 

The  hand is suspended from an 18 carat gold bolt - 11mm diameter - which is connected to a 16" long chain, with links that alternate between 18 carat rope twist gold, and coral.
