Stunning French Egyptian Revival Scarab bracelet.
At the centre of the bracelet is an oval cut emerald in a gold setting with tiny rope twist effect border.
Two scarabs, one either side, hold the emerald with their hinged and finely modelled front legs, their big fat bodies set with emeralds and diamonds in gold, and with ruby eyes.
Their hinged back legs terminate with natural pearls that are attached onto four panels modelled in 18 carat gold and set all over with rows of emeralds, rose cut diamonds and natural pearls.
The bracelet fits loosely but actually works really well like that, dropping casually onto the top of the hand.
Would look fabulous stacked with a few other bracelets
