Fabulous high carat gold orb, decorated with 7 stars front and back, each set with a rose cut diamond.
The orb opens to reveal a spinner fob that hinges out and is set on one side with bloodstone, the other with sardonyx agate.
The sardonyx is cut with a ribbon banner and monogram, the bloodstone with what looks like Persian? - such a glorious thing
