Lovely Large Georgian heart shaped locket, topped with a white enamel ribbon with gold fringed ends.
The border of the heart is set with a border of flat cut rubies, the ribbon bears the motif 'Je Vous Aimerais Toujours' - I will always love you. 
The bevelled glass window at the front is set in a pinched gold collet edging.
 
The centre of the bow is set with an old cushion cut diamond, and the gold bail for a chain is secured onto the silver setting that holds the diamond.
 
The reverse glass panel is hinged at the top and can be easily opened - so I have added some loose diamonds for some extra sparkle and I think they look fantastic!
