Large statement pendant. A terrific scene of a mama bird on a tree flapping her wings as she protects her nest that is full of 6 pearl eggs, from a snake that is coiling its body around the branches of the tree as it creeps up to the nest, with a plan to steal the eggs.
The whole scene is modelled in silver gilt, the leaves enamelled green.
The leaves actually look like some kind of vine,  because they have those curly tendrils.
The snake and the bird have tiny garnet eyes.
