The head of the snake is set with three old cut diamonds in closed back settings.
The snake has a really cute face with open mouth and tiny cabochon ruby eyes.
The inside of the snake bears a beautiful inscription for two people - 'I was sick and you ministered unto me' R.K. 1882, Cilla 1889.
