Charming oval silver locket, the front panel engraved with the scene of an owl sitting on a branch in front of a castle, under a crescent moon, the owl in high relief, finely modelled, his face and feathers all realistically depicted.
The edge of the inner oval is super fine silver ropetwist.
 
The inside is lined with silk moss coloured velvet.
