Very attractive and very wearable antique diamond heart.
 
The heart modelled as a frame of foiled closed back rose cut diamonds in silver cut down settings, and in the centre fat cabochon opal, in a gold bezel, with a open back, that lets the light flood through the opal making it look even more magical.
The heart has a matching tapered diamond set bail.
 
The back is clad with 18 carat gold.
 
Looks beautiful worn on an antique gold chain.
