Stunning Antique French Snake Ouroboros Bracelet.
 
An extremely wearable piece this snake has such a finely chased head with leaves and swirls, and a pair of almond shaped faceted ruby eyes. The crown of the head is set with a cabochon turquoise and he wears a matching turquoise collar.
The clasp clicks into his open toothed mouth, the clasp tongue becoming the snake's tongue.
The gold body is created in engraved segments so that the whole thing undulates and looks just like a snake's body.
