Totally cool diamond fly pendant with ruby eyes.
The body and wings of the fly are made from rose cut diamonds mounted in silver open backed settings, his eyes are tiny cabochon rubies. The back of his body and wings are gold, as are his hairy legs.
The jump ring is 18 carat gold.
 
On one of the wings someone has engraved ' H E'
