vivitur reciproca fide’ - we live by mutual faith. Large early 19th Century enamel and I have found just the old georgian frame for it. A very handsome lion standing under an oak tree with ‘vivitur reciproca fide’ on a banner. Measures about 55mm x 45mm. The frame is 9 carat.
