Charming Antique Rose Cut Diamond Pendant.
Designed as two rose cut diamond crescents and between the two an openwork floral pattern in rose cut diamonds, all set in silver pinched collet settings.
Probably converted from a button.
The gold jump ring has diamond shaped facets.
