Sublime antique bow topped heart locket pendant.
This pendant is Georgian Revival (1870 - 1920) circa 1880 - 1900.
You can tell from the open backed setting and sturdier construction, the setting technique, and also the use of sapphires.
 
It is a beautiful romantic piece, the bow set with faceted sapphires in 18 carat gold, and rose cut diamonds set in silver, with a gently domed glass front, and hinged glass back.
The reeded gold bail sits ontop of the bow knot, ready for your chain.
