I bought this one for the padlock but it comes with a gold chain.
Such a beautiful heart padlock, the centre set with an oval foiled topaz, decorated with gold beads and three dimensional leaves sweeping around the stone.
The padlock latch is set with two chrysoberyls, one either side. 
The back has a glass locket back, lined with purple silk.
All modelled in 15 carat gold.
 
It's a small padlock, but utterly gorgeous and can be worn on the chain as a bracelet removed and worn as a pendant or on an albert chain.
