Really cool 1950's 9 carat gold spinner charm comprising a circular border 2mm wide, and inside this a hollow dice with the sides pierced as hearts, spades, diamonds and clubs, and two solid gold sides with domino pieces ( 3,2 and 2,2)
 
The dice is pinned into the circular border and spins on it's axis.
 
The border is engraved with the words 'GAMBLERS NIGHTMARE' on both sides.
