Gorgeous 18th Century French Portrait Plaque Ring 
Lovely long and slim rectangular shape, with curved chunky glass over the portrait.
 
I don't know who painted the portrait or who it is, I just loved the caramel and grey colourway, and his eccentric hair.
 
The face measures 30mm x 22mm
weight - 7.9g
size - just over a six and can be sized (evidence of previous sizing evident)
condition - good antique condition, small nick to glass bottom left but not bad
