Rather stylish 15 carat Hand Charm.
 
This one dates to around 1870 and is english. I love the stylish two button Eton cuff, and the old cut diamond set into the palm of the hand.
You may be wondering what the hole is on the other side of the hand is... it's to let the light shine through the diamond and make it sparkle!
The hand is finished off with a matt mercury gild, something that can no longer be done.
