Sought after Sampson and Mordan silver gilt propelling pencil modelled as a hand and wearing a turquoise ring.
The branding is engraved around the top of the cuff but has worn away.
 
The top of the hand is set with a stone whis is engraved 'Truth'

condition - repair to one of the 'leaves' on the shank - see first pic
