Charming high carat gold two coloured heart with hinged locket back.
 
The three coloured gold comprises a yellow for the heart and a green, the green for the flowers petals and leaves, and rose gold for the stem, accentuating the two flowers (wild dog  roses?) that intertwine at the base like a wreath encircling the almond shaped ruby coloured paste stone.
 
The back has a hair locket that hinges open, and someone has scratched 2536 on the gold on the back.
