The centre is set with a cushion cut diamond that is approx .8 carat
Set around it are 12 old mine cuts approx .05 each
then a circle of 12 more size .10 each
then a circle of 12 more size .15 each
and finally the outer circle of 12 size .07
plus .27 on the bail
This gives you a carat weight of about 5.51 carats of lovely high topped diamonds
 
All set in silver pinched collet open backed settings, all gold backed
 
The bail is on a hinged ring so can be folded back and hidden when you want to wear it as a brooch.
