I've always loved these little charm rings, from the day I first started selling antique jewelry.
 
This one is modelled in 18 carat gold with a lovers knot at the centre, flanked by two forget me not flowers fashioned from turquoise cabochons.
 
From the knot dangles a gold heart set with another turquoise flower, the back set with a hair locket.
 
size - 5 and can be sized (heart measures 8mm x 8mm)
