Very rare and unusual georgian black enamel rococo style locket bearing the motto -
'Above Our Union Will Be Consumated'
and to the reverse -
'John Bagot died 5 June 1753 Aged 53'
 
The central panel would have contained hair but is now empty. It is not hinged but can be carefully opened by a jeweller
